However not everyone is happy with this idea since many people think that owning a manufactured home is rather impractical especially when the time comes that money is needed and refinancing one’s home becomes an option. Many people think that refinancing manufactured homes is rather impossible. Fortunately it is possible to do so yet it will not be an easy task compared to refinancing the traditionally built home.
